  • How do I book? Easily via the online booking system. Fully covered, remain completely flexible, including booking confirmation, proof of payment and the option to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. All your questions will be answered during the booking process. You can choose from various tour options and extras to customise your tour, including hotel pick-up as well.
  • What can I book? The Highlights Tour is available in every city: your rickshaw guide will take you to the most famous sights, including places away from the usual tourist routes, and adapt the itinerary to the tour duration you have booked. Our guides are locals – they know their city inside out, so let yourself be surprised. If you would prefer to explore the city independently without a guide, book and rent one of our Coolly® electric rickshaws and explore the city independently. Also available for groups and teams of up to 35 people.
  • How much does a tour cost? The price for a guided tour is displayed during the booking process. Each tour can be booked in a range of flexible durations and sizes. Prices start at €85 for size S with a duration of 60 minutes. The displayed price always includes 2 adults plus children. Self-drive electric rickshaw rental starts at €35 per hour.
  • How many people can fit? There is space for 2 adults and 1–2 children. The bench seat is 100 cm wide. Please check whether everyone will be seated comfortably.
  • What happens in bad weather? Our electric rickshaws are weatherproof. Even in the rain, our tours are always an experience!
  • Can a tour be cancelled? Individual and group tours with up to four rickshaws can be cancelled free of charge and without giving a reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • How do I book a group tour? Every tour can be booked for up to four rickshaws, without having to contact rikschaguide.com in advance. For larger group and team events requiring five or more rickshaws, please use the inquiry function first. The rikschaguide.com team will contact you. We organise tours and events for brands, companies, weddings, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and much more. Good vibes only!
  • What else does rikschaguide.com offer? rikschaguide.com organises campaigns and shuttle services for companies and brands using customised rickshaws with branded designs. Please use the inquiry function for these services as well.

If you want to self-organise the tour with your rickshaw-guide, this is how it works:

  • Contact your rickshaw guide
  • Agree on tour, length and rate
  • Arrange start time and meeting point
  • Be there and enjoy your tour

Anything else?

  • Which e-rickshaw will turn up? Your rickshaw guide will arrive with either their own or a rented e-rickshaw. For group and event tours you can also book uniform e-rickshaws from the rikschaguide.com fleet (with or without branding). Please use the request function for this.
  • Is there a taxi fare? rikschaguide.com is an event provider for tours. A standard taxi fare cannot (yet) be booked via Instant Booking—only transfer rides for events on request. Contact your rickshaw guide directly if they are available and list the taxi fare in their profile. The taxi fare is €7 per kilometre and can only be arranged directly with the guides.
