(1) Single and group tours with up to two rickshaws can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before, for any reason. Group tours with three or more rickshaws can be canceled free of charge up to 96 hours before (4 days before the tour). Additionally, for group tours, a 24-hour weather cancellation policy is offered: It can be canceled (or rescheduled) free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour if there is a warning for extreme weather. All bicycle rickshaws are rain-protected and covered. If you are uncertain, you can call the team at rikschaguide.com two days before the tour for advice.

(2) For bookings during the Oktoberfest period in Munich, special cancellation rules apply due to overbooking. It can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the booking. Cancellations must be made in writing to book@rikschaguide.com and can be submitted as an informal response to the booking confirmation.
