- How do I book? Easily via the online booking system. Fully covered, remain completely flexible, including booking confirmation, proof of payment and the option to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. All your questions will be answered during the booking process. You can choose from various tour options and extras to customise your tour, including hotel pick-up as well.
- What can I book? The Highlights Tour is available in every city: your rickshaw guide will take you to the most famous sights, including places away from the usual tourist routes, and adapt the itinerary to the tour duration you have booked. Our guides are locals – they know their city inside out, so let yourself be surprised. If you would prefer to explore the city independently without a guide, book and rent one of our Coolly® electric rickshaws and explore the city independently. Also available for groups and teams of up to 35 people.
- How much does a tour cost? The price for a guided tour is displayed during the booking process. Each tour can be booked in a range of flexible durations and sizes. Prices start at €85 for size S with a duration of 60 minutes. The displayed price always includes 2 adults plus children. Self-drive electric rickshaw rental starts at €35 per hour.
- How many people can fit? There is space for 2 adults and 1–2 children. The bench seat is 100 cm wide. Please check whether everyone will be seated comfortably.
- What happens in bad weather? Our electric rickshaws are weatherproof. Even in the rain, our tours are always an experience!
- Can a tour be cancelled? Individual and group tours with up to four rickshaws can be cancelled free of charge and without giving a reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- How do I book a group tour? Every tour can be booked for up to four rickshaws, without having to contact rikschaguide.com in advance. For larger group and team events requiring five or more rickshaws, please use the inquiry function first. The rikschaguide.com team will contact you. Thomas provided a wonderful and fun historic and sightseeing tour packed into just 1 hour. Next time we'll do a 2 hour tour.

Highly recommend taking this tour! We chose the 2 1/2 hour option which started promptly and Torsten was our guide. He was knowledgeable, kind and very careful to ensure our experience was totally pleasant. It is worth the slightly higher price to have a personal tour, just us and the guide! There was plenty of time to see and hear about all the most important sights and to get the lay of the land for additional days we are spending here. The guides all know each other and help each other find customers. Ours was also flagged down to help a person with a bicycling injury in need of medical care…which was done cheerfully and quickly! Kudos to this fine community and service!

Super Erfahrung, wir gingen ohne grosse Erwartung auf die Fahrt aber es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Wir haben eine E-Rikscha gemietet zum selbstfahren, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Einführung war genau und stressfrei und super freundlich. Die Fahrt war super, unkompliziert und so konnten auch Familienmitglieder, die nicht mehr gut zu Fuß sind, den Ausflug genießen. We had a great time with guides Simon and Torston. They were very knowledgeable and adjusted the itinerary to keep us comfortable on a very hot Munich day. Our son is in a walking cast and this was a great way to enjoy the City and experience the amazing English Garden. A must see! And a lot of ground to cover so this is a great way to do it.

Hatten heute unsere Tour mit Guide Tom. Wirklich herausragend gut! Kurzweilig, informativ, mit Witz und bodenständigem Humor. Tom ging auf unsere Wünsche gerne ein und baute diese in die Tour ein. Wir haben gestern als vierköpfige Familie eine Rikscha zum Selbstfahren gemietet und hatten damit einen wunderschönen Tag in München. Das Fahrrad ist sehr hochwertig, es gibt vorab eine gute Einweisung und für den Fall der Fälle auch eine Notfallnummer. So fühlten wir uns stets rundum sicher, warum super mobil und flexibel in der Stadt und hatten viel Freude.
Einfach nur genial!! Wir waren eine Seniorengruppe und haben 14 Rikschas gebucht. Bei strömendem Regen (wirklich bei Starkregen) wurden diese Fahrten trotzdem ein Highlight. Alle Fahrer waren gut gelaunt und haben uns geduldig, lustig und erfahren Anekdoten von München erzählt und uns eine Stunde lang quer durch München kutschiert. Ebenfalls durften wir unsere Wünsche äußern, wo wir hin wollten. Respekt vor allen Rikschafahrern, ihr ward spitze. Gäbe es mehr Sterne, ihr würdet alle von uns bekommen ☺️

This was a wonderful tour and the guides made it exceptional. They allow for you to decide what you see, how long you visit each location and how much history you want to know. A very enjoyable activity! I traveled to Munich with my mother who is over 80. I wanted a way for her to experience the city and old town but that didn’t involve walking, since that was going to be too hectic for her. I came across this rickshaw tour and thought it would be a great idea. We had previously taken the Hop-on Hop-off bus and my mom had enjoed it very much. I thought this tour would be similar, yet different at the same time! It turned out to be just that! The rickshaw was very comfortable, our guide was more than helpfull and amazing. She went out of her way to show us everything and to take special care of my mom and make sure she was comfortable. We went to several places. The English Garden in particular is not to be missed. Our guide also had a blanket for us just in case we felt chilly. It was a great tour all around and I very much recommend it.
