Questions before booking?

  • How do I book? Very easily via the instant booking system – the green box below these questions. Fully covered, including booking confirmation, payment receipt, and the option to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can organize your tour independently via the city pages at your own responsibility.
  • How much does a tour cost? The fee is displayed in the instant booking system. Each tour can be booked in flexible sizes: from size (S) 60 minutes for €85 up to (4XL) a 5-hour full-day tour. The displayed price always applies to 2 adults + children.
  • How many people can fit? Space is available for 2 adults and 1–2 children. The bench seat is 100 cm wide. Please check whether you will be seated comfortably.
  • What about the weather? The e-rickshaws are weatherproof: even in case of rain, our tours are always an experience!
  • Can a tour be canceled? Individual and group tours with up to four e-rickshaws can be canceled easily, free of charge and without giving a reason, up to 24 hours before the start.
  • Booking group tours? Each tour can be booked for up to 4 e-rickshaws. For group tours with 5 or more e-rickshaws, please use the inquiry function. To do so, select “Inquiry” instead of “Booking” in the instant booking system. Tours for up to 40 people can be arranged at the same time.

💡 Airport pickup to the rikschaguide.com headquarters, where your tour begins. If you choose the round-trip option, you’ll be driven back to the airport afterward. Service is chauffeur-driven in an executive limousine from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi.

rikschaguide.com kindly asks you to double-check whether your inquiry is truly an inquiry. Messages that are actually bookings but contain no genuine question about the offer will not be processed. All questions are fully answered during the booking process itself. There’s no need to ask about availability in advance—every tour shown in the booking system can be carried out at the times displayed.

  • Search available rickshaw guide
  • Contact your rickshaw guide
  • Agree on tour, length and rate
  • Arrange start time and meeting point
  • Be there and enjoy your tour

Anything else?

  • Which e-rickshaw will turn up? Your rickshaw guide will arrive with either their own or a rented e-rickshaw. For group and event tours you can also book uniform e-rickshaws from the rikschaguide.com fleet (with or without branding). Please use the request function for this.
  • Is there a taxi fare? rikschaguide.com is an event provider for tours. A standard taxi fare cannot (yet) be booked via Instant Booking—only transfer rides for events on request. Contact your rickshaw guide directly if they are available and list the taxi fare in their profile. The taxi fare is €7 per kilometre and can only be arranged directly with the guides.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations made after this time cannot be considered. In such cases, the rickshaw guide is entitled to charge the full fee. The same applies if you do not show up for the tour or if you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice.
