In the segment of sustainable city tourism, rikschaguide.com (founded in 2017 in Munich) was the first booking platform for tours and events with bicycle rickshaws in Germany.

Guests can book their city experience with an electric rickshaw through rickshawguide.com and enjoy a unique and personalized tour with their rickshaw guide. rickshawguide.com offers a personal, individual, and direct booking experience that is simple and convenient for all parties involved. Starting in Munich, the platform is set to expand its offerings to other cities.

rickshawguide.com was founded by Falk Hilber, who has been offering bicycle rickshaw tours in his hometown of Munich since 2007. From the beginning, he has been politically active in promoting bicycle rickshaws as a sustainable means of transport—both in the tourism sector (experience segment) and in local public transportation (mobility segment). Falk Hilber has been the owner and managing director of rickshawguide.com since 2017 and of the manufacturer Coolly® (www.coolly.bike) since 2021.

In Munich, rickshawguide.com operates its own fleet, including the Model Zero and the in-house produced Coolly® (www.coolly.bike). The company runs branded vehicles and conducts tailor-made, targeted campaigns and team events for companies and brands throughout Germany.
