  1. Your rickshaw guide will arrive with either their own or a rented e-rickshaw. For group and event tours you can also book uniform e-rickshaws from the rikschaguide.com fleet (with or without branding). Please use the request function for this.↩

  2. rikschaguide.com is an event provider for tours. A standard taxi fare cannot (yet) be booked via Instant Booking—only transfer rides for events on request. Contact your rickshaw guide directly if they are available and list the taxi fare in their profile. The taxi fare is €7 per kilometre and can only be arranged directly with the guides.↩

  3. You can book your tour on rickshawguide.com via the Instant Booking (green box) in under two minutes, booking confirmation and payment receipt included. Alternatively, you can arrange your tour directly with your rickshaw guide on the city pages at your own discretion.↩

  4. The price for our tours is shown right in the Instant Booking section for each city. We offer several tour sizes, all at the same price.↩

  5. Our e-rickshaws seat two adults plus one or two kids. The bench is 100 cm wide—please check that you’ll fit comfortably.↩

  6. Single and group tours (with up to four e-rickshaws) can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start — no questions asked. Please understand that every booking involves organisational effort for our team, from scheduling to reserving the rickshaws. With this generous policy we aim to give you maximum flexibility; in our experience, guests seldom need to cancel.↩

  8. You stop in Munich and have some time to visit the city or you arrive in Munich and want to start your holiday with the best way possible to know the city – with a rickshaw/pedicab tour? Be met at Munich Airport by your private chauffeur in an executive limousine (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi). Your chauffeur will greet you in the arrivals area with a name sign. For the one-way option, your chauffeur will drive you to the rikschaguide.com headquarters to start your tour; for the round-trip option, you’ll also be taken back to the airport after the tour.
